In 2024, the European Heat Pump Association launched the first-ever Heat Pump Day, marking October 21st as the official day dedicated to celebrating heat pump technology across Europe. Supported by national associations, manufacturers, and other industry organizations, the initiative featured a newly created website and social media channels filled with engaging content and interactive materials. The aim was to showcase the pivotal role of heat pumps in advancing energy security and driving the decarbonisation of the heating and cooling sectors.
